If you a sole trader or a limited company we can provide you with a wide range of book keeping options. We can take over your whole finance function or simply keep your small business compliant & up to date.
Our aim is to save you time, money and to add value to your business. Our support will enable you to have timely business information and enjoy running your business whilst we do the rest
We require access to your business records (whether this is an envelope of paperwork or access to your online folder) we can work with whatever you prefer. We will guide you in respect of missing information (if there is any), we will also provide you with any notes or points to monitor as we build your accounts throughout the year. Typically, if we are not providing you with any of the services below, then we will need the following records:
- Sales invoices
- Expense receipts/Invoices
- Business bank statements
- Business relevant bills
- Mileage log
- Capital purchase invoices
- Payroll information
If you would like to engage our services, we will sign you up as our client & provide you with your own client portal. There is a simple tick box to agree to our business terms and conditions & our terms of engagement. From your portal you will have access to your deadline calendar & the ability to upload any relevant documents we would need, alternatively you can drop them off or we can collect by arrangement.
